Accounting Associate

Responsibilities:
  • Maintenance of internal accounting and payroll systems
  • Installation, training and administration of accounting system to clients
  • Responsible for all financial and accounting management of clients
  • Recording and processing of payroll and remittances
  • Responsible for billing and collections
  • Ensures that all documentation for bookkeeping are complete and updated
  • Monitoring all bank account balances and bank reconciliation
  • Maintain confidentiality of information being processed, stored or accessed
  • Documentation of internal implementation of all financial and accounting processes and procedures
  • Assists in training newly hired personnel

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or Management Accounting
  • Proficient in computer applications (MS Excel, knowledge in accounting systems an advantage, MS Word, MS PowerPoint)
  • Detail-oriented, output and quality-driven
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Strong learning capability
  • Open-minded, reliable, flexible, able to multi-task and can work under pressure
  • Ability to work and interact effectively with other personnel of varying levels or groups; team player
  • Good communication skills
  • Must possess high ethical standards

System Administrator

Responsibilities:
  • Regularly monitors systems/software
  • Performing backups and securing all data
  • Applying operating system updates and configuration changes
  • Installing and configuring new hardware/software
  • Adding/deleting/creating/modifying user account information, resetting passwords, etc.
  • Responsibility for documenting the configuration of the system
  • Systems performance tuning, keeping the network up and running, or troubleshooting any reported problems
  • Assist all personnel in technical queries
  • Responsible for software and hardware inventory, including company property management

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or IT Studies
  • Proficient in computer applications, network environments, client-server administration and resource security
  • Good technical problem-solving skills
  • Detail-oriented, output and quality-driven
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

Software Developer / Programmer

Responsibilities:
  • Design new systems, analyze performance of programs, or introducing enhancements to existing systems; design/modify, code, debug, test, and document application systems; install and test software packages.
  • Determine source data (input), processing requirements (output), output formats, timing and cost estimates;
  • Ensures that system meets performance criteria and prescribed program specification
  • Discuss with users to gain understanding of needed changes or modifications of existing programs.
  • Analyze NT client/server and micro-computer based software solutions compatibility with company requirements.
  • Train/advice/assist users and other personnel on the technical aspects or use of computer hardware, software packages or application systems.
  • Maintain confidentiality of information being processed, stored or accessed.
  • Maintain program libraries, users' manuals, or technical documentation
  • Document programming problems and resolutions for future reference

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or IT Studies
  • Proficient in computer applications, programming language (Visual Basic, Visual Basic ++, Crystal Reports, etc...; Web programming/designing an advantage)
  • Good technical problem-solving skills
  • Detail-oriented, output and quality-driven
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Strong learning capability;
  • Open-minded, reliable, flexible, able to multi-task and can work under pressure
  • Ability to work and interact effectively with other personnel of varying levels or groups; team player
